Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Support@allcartify.store immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
